​Renee has been in sports and fitness her entire life and has been coached by elite athletes, whom have inspired her to have a determined mindset and empowering coaching style. She aspires to motivate her clients with a fun attitude to keep you going throughout your workout. She has a great ability to help push you out of your comfort zone yet understand your limitations. 

​With a background in psychology, she has helped many people achieve positive behavior change and overcome mental setbacks. She understands that life events can have an effect on your physical health and is here to show you how fitness can positively affect your mental health.
