To Capitol Hill Athletics Clients,
We are excited to announce that on Monday, June 1, the studio will be open for personal training. We have been working hard to prepare the studio for opening. We are strictly following the Fraser Health, Work Safe BC, and Provincial Government guidelines. The health and safety of our clients is our number one priority. Please read the following to best understand the changes that we are making to keep Capitol Hill Athletics a safe place to train.
• We will not be offering any classes at this time.
• You are not required to wear a mask when you are training, but if you feel more
comfortable wearing one please bring your own. You and your trainer are responsible for doing your best to maintain social distancing (6 feet) while you are on the training floor.
• We will be allowing a maximum of 10 people in our studio at a time in order to safely practice social distancing.
• You will be required to wear a mask If you are having FST treatment, or treatment in our massage room with Alex.
• We will be using a Health Canada regulated cleaner https://vitaloxide.com in all of our spray bottles. Trainers will be required to spray down all of the equipment used in your session.
• We will continue to do our daily cleaning and sanitization of all high touch areas.
• We will be doing a weekly fogging (spraying) of the studio, using vitaloxide.
• We have eliminated our waiting area. Please do not bring anyone with you to your
session. At this time, children are not allowed to accompany their parents.
• We ask that you come to your session on time and not early. If you are early please
wait in your car or outside of the front door until your session time.
• All sessions will be 55 mins in length, including stretching. This will give enough time
for you to wash your hands and leave the studio before the next clients arrives.
• Please bring your own towel and bottled water. As per Fraser Health regulations, we
will not be offering our water station at this time.
• We encourage you to come dressed in your workout clothes and to bring the least
amount of belongings with you into the studio as possible.
• On your first visit, please take note of the new signs and markings in the studio.
Please follow all of the posted recommendations.
• If you have a cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, soar throat, headache, loss of
taste or smell, or have been around anyone who has Covid-19 please stay home.
• If you have travelled outside of Canada please wait 14 days before returning to the
studio.
Arrival and Departure Procedure
1) Enter the studio from the FRONT DOOR and immediately wash you hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2) You will be asked to read the waiver at the front desk and sign in.
3)Your trainer will check your temperature with a non-contact temperature gun.
4)You will be asked some general COVID-19 health screening questions.
5)After your session has finished, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, collect your belongings, and spray down your cubby with the cleaning solution.
6)Please use the BACK DOOR to leave the studio as soon as possible to ensure the following clients are able to begin their session on time.
As you are well aware, the current situation is continuously evolving. We will have to adapt as new guidelines are established. We welcome your feedback and suggestions. We want to make sure that you feel safe and happy about your return to training.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
